Roles:

Roles on Friday December 20th:
 Packet Pickup Volunteer - 10 Volunteers - assist with assigning BIB numbers, late registration and answering questions about the event. Dec 22nd 3pm-7pm and again Dec 23rd 7:45am-10:30am.
T-Shirt Volunteer - 6-8 Volunteers - hand out t-shirts to race participants and volunteers. Helps keep track of sizes and reorders. Dec 22nd 3pm-7pm, Dec 23rd 7:45am-10:15am

Roles on Saturday December 21st
Carolers - 12-16 volunteers - Sing holiday songs on the course for the runners! Get a group of friends’ together and spread cheer! 9:30am-11:30am
Costume Contest Volunteers - 4-5 volunteers - help judge the costume contest, select participants and help the audience decide who is best dressed! 9:45-10:15am
 Course Monitor Volunteer - 60-70 Volunteers - one of the most important roles, we will assign you to a location out on the course to help monitor runners and traffic. 9:30am-12pm Dress for the weather!
Event Set Up/Break Down Volunteer - 6-8 Volunteers - assist with set up and break down of event equipment such as tents, tables, and flagging for the start, finish and surrounding area. Set Up 7am-10:30, Break Down 10:30am-1pm
 Finish Line Volunteer - 4-6 Volunteer - assist with set up of finish line area and moving runners through chute and hand out water. 8am-12pm
 Water Station - 6-8 volunteers - set up and serve water at the top of the 6 mile hill, the best view of the runners! The Y supplies the water, table, cups, and trash box. Volunteers supply the holiday cheer. 10:00-12pm
Green Team - 4-6 volunteers- check and empty trash and recycling in the event footprint. 9am-12pm
