Edwardsville's Thanksgiving Day tradition is back for 2023!!

The 14th Annual Edwardsville Turkey Trot 5k and Kids Fun Run, hosted by Edwardsville Neighbors, is scheduled for Thursday, November 23rd. 

The Edwardsville Turkey Trot has become a family tradition for many locals and families traveling to the area for the holiday. Regularly exceeding 1,200 participants, reaching 1,600 in 2019, the Turkey Trot is one of the region's largest - if not the largest 5k. 

As the headline suggests, the in-person event is back for 2023, and we couldn’t be more excited! This year’s event will have an in-person option - hosted at SIUE, as well as a virtual option for those who may be traveling during the holidays or wish to participate individually. Either way, we are so grateful you are considering joining us this year! 

Proceeds from the event allow Edwardsville Neighbors, a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization, to continue its mission of easing the financial burdens and providing for various needs of District 7 families in a time of crisis.
