Description
Run, walk or roll your way to helping kids! The Keep Kids First Virtual 5K is focused on raising money to support programs for kids within the Champaign-Urbana, Illinois community. The Kiwanis Club of Champaign-Urbana supports multiple programs within the community including: reading to Head Start and pre-K classes, purchasing and distributing 1000 books each year, sponsoring the Tom Jones Challenger League, sponsoring the C-U Little League, providing college scholarships to local High School students, assisting Swann School with various activities, assisting with the Salvation Army Toy Distribution, maintaining Camp Kiwanis Girl Scout camp and supporting the Don Moyer Boys and Girls Club. Please help us continue to help the children of our community grow. All proceeds from the event will be used towards our youth projects.
You can complete the event anywhere at anytime. That's the beauty of a virtual event! Feel free to run, walk or roll to complete the distance. We just want you to get moving and have fun.
