Registration / Packet Pickup -

For early packet pickup, we will have a table set up at Newburgh Town Hall (23 W Jennings St) on Friday, November 10th from 4-7 PM. If you cannot make it for early pickup, please plan to pick up on race day at Town Hall between 6:45-7:30 AM, prior to the pre-race ceremony that begins at 7:30 AM.

We are also in need of volunteers to assist with blocking off roads at various intersections. If you could, please help spread the word and sign up using this link: https://signup.com/go/gietajT

Thanks and we will see you on Saturday!!!

Parking - Parking for the event is available in downtown Newburgh and at Newburgh Elementary School. Look for parking lots south of Feather Your Nest, north of Pet Food Center, as well as the Ascension (Aurand) trailhead south of Mother Teresa's Treasures.

Timing and Scoring - Chip timing will be provided by To the Finish, LLC. The timing chip will be on the bib and is disposable. It will not need to be returned after the race. The chips interact with sensor mats at the start, finish and various locations along the course to provide an actual time. Each participant must wear a race-issued chip in order to receive an official time.

All results will be posted at http://www.tothefinishtiming.com/results.html, on the event web page and on our Facebook page.

The Course - The entirely paved course will start and finish on Water Street near Town Hall. 5K participants will follow Water Street east towards French Island Trail. The course will
continue along the Ohio River and the Newburgh Rivertown Trail, and will turn around just past Newburgh Presbyterian Church near Belle Rive Drive. After the turn around, the course will then follow French Island Trail west to E. Water
Street to W. Jennings Street through Historic Downtown Newburgh. All participants will enter
the Rivertown Trail at the Aurand Trailhead near Yorkshire Drive. The race will finish on Water
Street near Town Hall. The course will be closed to traffic.

Awards & Door Prizes - First place awards will be presented to overall top male and female
runners for each distance. Awards will also be presented to the first, second and third place
walkers for the 5K (male and female). Age group winner awards will be recognized as the first and second place finishers in the following age divisions for 5K run, and kids dash:
Age Groups (male and female)
Under 10, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, Over 70.
