WE LOVE A DIVERSE GROUP OF RUNNERS!
All paces & abilities are welcome!

 

Extra Mile training programs are geared to the first time 5K participant as well as seasoned, goal-orientated runners. Our certified and vastly experienced coaches have created science-based programs suited to various abilities and customizable to various goals!
In addition to weekly coach-led group runs, you will receive support throughout the entire program via email newsletters, a private Facebook group page, the Final Surge Online training platform and unlimited access to coaches for any personalized questions.
