The Big Run

On June 2, We Run Together. 

Global Running Day is our holiday; a celebration of the activity we love and the sport that brings our community together. We’re inviting all runners and walkers to join us on June 2 to mark the occasion, set a goal and cross the finish line. 

This year’s event will include virtual features that provide all participants with flexible race day options. This means you have two ways to celebrate with us: 

1. Run your own 5K course from any location.

2. Join us for an in-person 5K fun run on Wednesday, June 2 at 6:30 PM.  The run will take place in West Lafayette and you will finish near Walt's Pub and Grill where the post run after party takes place. We encourage participants to stick around and continue the celebration with others from the community!  Cool off with a nice cold beverage or enjoy some of Walt's delicious food, but we hope you decide to stay and celebrate Global Running Day with us!   Don't miss out on the fun!    Note that this Fun Run is not timed.  Please review the COVID section for more details.

Either way, you’ll have the ability to upload and view your results after your run!  Post your results anytime between 8:00 AM Wednesday, June 2 and 11:59 PM Saturday, June 5.

Packet Pickup

Bibs, T-shirts and Finishers Medals will be available for pickup at Fleet Feet West Lafayette during the following dates and times. 

• Saturday, May 29 from 10 AM to 6 PM

• Tuesday, June 1 from 10 AM to 6 PM

• Wednesday, June 2 from 10 AM to 4 PM

Through our charitable arm, Do the Run Thing™, Fleet Feet has partnered with Girls on the Run and its SoleMates program so we can help more girls cross more finish lines. Why? Because everyone benefits when we support our kids. 

Here are two ways you can help:
