All childhood cancers combined receive less than 4% of the National Institute of Health's budget and our children with cancer deserve to have #MoreThan4. Several Kansas City area childhood cancer organizations have joined together in an effort to change that statistic through our "More Than 4 Run/Walk 5K Circuit"
Each organization hosts their own 5K in the Kansas City area and when you participate in ALL of the 5K's, you will receive a special 20K medal for your accomplishment and you will help increase support and funding for childhood cancers. You will be making a difference for children with cancer through your participation and you will crush 20K in the process!
Below are the participating organizations, race dates, and individual registration sites. You simply register for all of the 5K's, either in person or virtually, and you will receive your 20K medal when you cross the finish line at the final race which is the Jared Coones Memorial 5K Pumpkin Run/Walk, October 8. Medals will be mailed to virtual runners who are not present that day to receive theirs.
Join our collaborative effort and help us raise #MoreThan4 for children with cancer.
