8th Annual Shamrock Shuffle 5K & Fun Run on Saturday, March 18, 2023

COME OUT AND SUPPORT LOCAL AND NATIONAL MILITARY CHARITIES!
This year, the Barksdale Spouses’ Club is excited to return for the 8th Annual Shamrock Shuffle. Proceeds raised from this 5K will benefit our scholarship program that engages Shreveport-Bossier students and provides teacher-focused grant opportunities for military-affiliated members in our community. In addition to our scholarship program, we also give back to other organizations at Barksdale Air Force Base as well as support local and national endeavors.
5K and Sleep-In Supporter Entry Fee:
Pre-registration is $20 by December 31;
$25 from January 1 - February 28th;
$35 from March 1st-17th
$40 on race morning.
Kids’ 1/2 Mile Fun Run entry is $15 to register and includes a t-shirt and $20 on race morning.
Packets & T-shirts: Pick-up at Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport
Thursday, March 17th until 6:00 p.m.
Friday, March 17th from 10:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Packets & t-shirts will be available on race day at the race site starting at 7:00 a.m.
**You must register before 3:00 p.m. on March 9th to guarantee your shirt size.
Awards & Age Groups: Overall male & female 5K finishers will each receive a cash prize. Additionally, 1st male and female in the following age groups will receive a prize. Age groups: 10 & under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, & 70+. All Kids Fun Run finishers will be awarded a prize.
Post-party: At the race site.
Note: Strollers, wagons, and baby joggers are allowed at a walk pace capacity only. By RRCA regulations, NO in-line/roller skates or runners with baby strollers will be allowed on the course.
