RUN4SCITUATE CORONAVIRUS UPDATE:
Due to the uncertainties of the coming months, and with the safety of all those in our community as our top priority, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Run4Scituate on Sunday, May 3rd, 2020.
We realize the unfortunate impact this decision will have on the PTO budgets that rely on our proceeds for purchases and funding. For those participants currently registered, we hope that those who can will consider using their paid registrations as a donation that will go directly towards supporting our schools. Another option for registrants is to defer registration to next year’s race. For anyone wishing to receive a refund of their registration fee, we understand. If you had planned to register but hadn’t done so yet, you can still make a donation at any time through our website. We appreciate all of the support for this anticipated annual community fundraiser.
We would like to thank the many generous sponsors that have pledged to support our efforts and our schools this year along with the countless participants and volunteers who have joined us on race day in the past for a day of family fun. As a board, we are dedicated to bringing the Run4Scituate back in 2021 and look forward to your continued support.
Working together, we will face the current challenges and we hope to see you at the starting line soon! Stay well.

Donate to the Caplingers
Run4Scituate board member Michael Caplinger's daughter Abby was diagnosed with PANS earlier this year. Abby's case is one of the most severe doctors have ever seen. Treatment for PANS is not covered by health insurance. In addition, mold, which is a trigger for PANS, has been found in their home and is costing thousands of dollars to be removed. Abby needs to be seen by specialists in NYC and has been an in-patient in Boston for most of the year.
PLEASE consider giving a donation to help this wonderful family through this very difficult time, and get Abby the care she needs so she can get healthy!! DONATE NOW
$15 Student Rate
Please note that students (up to age 18) receive a $15 student rate (applied at checkout) for the 5K & 10K through May 5, but must be registered by April 12 to receive a race tech shirt.
Sponsorship
Thank you for considering a sponsorship of the Run4Scituate road race. The race directly benefits all the Scituate public schools (4 elementary, middle school, and high school). Our group consists of school PTO members as well as dedicated Scituate citizens who care about the future of our schools and promoting a healthy lifestyle to the families and individuals in town. This is our NINTH year and the race has grown to become a wonderful family event and an annual tradition. It is an amazing community day! We have been able to successfully support our local schools through the generous donations of our sponsors. We hope to provide a mutually beneficial opportunity for your business and the race, and have a variety of options for sponsorship possibilities. We would be happy to consider your particular needs.
