Here at Howard County General Hospital, we are STILL serving on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. Your support of the Fit for the Frontlines virtual activity challenge benefits HCGH and our dedicated nurses. We are grateful to every one of our participants, donors, and sponsors!
HOW IT WORKS.
Track your movement each day - any exercise counts! Go for a jog, walk your dog, take a virtual yoga class, or hit the playground with your kids. Choose a goal of 700, 1000, or 1800 total minutes of activity for the 31 day challenge period. Activity minutes may be submitted any time between January 1, 2022 and January 31, 2022 via your runsignup account. Prizes will be awarded to the individual(s) and team(s) with the most activity minutes.
