You may begin and complete your challenge at your own pace - whether completing your activity minutes each day, or all at once on the final day of the challenge. All minutes must be submitted by Jan. 31.

What does my registration fee and donations to my fundraiser support?
Your activity minutes - and donations to your personal fundraiser - benefit critical initiatives at Howard County General Hospital: A Member of Johns Hopkins Medicine. Event proceeds support programs and operations including; caring for HCGH caregivers; nursing scholarships; the Claudia Mayer/Tina Broccolino Cancer Resource Center; and the Lundy Family Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

My family / friend / neighbor read about this event and would like more information on how to help the caregivers at Howard County General Hospital.
Great - there are many opportunities to support the hospital's incredible staff as they serve on the front lines. Email us at HCGH-Foundation@jhmi.edu or call us at 410-740-7840 for more information.
