PACKET PICK UP/LATE REGISTRATION will take place on Friday, July 26 from 3:00-6:30 pm and Saturday, July 27 beginning at 6:30 am at the Tri-Cities Family YMCA, 1 Y Drive in Grand Haven.

All packets must be picked up by 9:00 am. Packets/T-shirts will not be held for those who do not show up.  

The race begins near the corner of Sherman Avenue and Mulligan Drive just east of the Tri-Cities Family YMCA.  All events conclude in front of the YMCA.  The course is challenging, with varied terrain, and offers the beautiful scenery of Lake Michigan and Grand Haven. The 5k and 10k routes are US Track & Field Certified.

Aide Stations will be located at Duncan Woods (5k and 10k) and Harbor Island (10k). Water and Gatorade will be available at Aide Stations and at the Finish Line. 

Please note this is an open course. Please be mindful of possible traffic and respectful of volunteers and public safety officials directing runners-it is for your safety.

5k and 10k Male & Female Open and Masters, Age 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85 and over. You may pick up your custom pin at the designated tent. If you are unable to pick up on race day, please visit the Tri-Cities Family YMCA Welcome Center the week following the race to pick up your custom pin. A QR code to view results will be provided in various locations. 

**NEW THIS YEAR!** All 5k and 10k race participants will receive a finisher medal! 1-Mile participants will not receive a medal. 

The 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk is a non-competitive run/walk for the entire family (strollers and wagons welcome). 

Our race shirts are a popular soft tri-blend. Shirts are not guaranteed-the sooner you register, the more likely you are to get your preferred size. The women's shirts run a bit small, therefore we recommend choosing one size up from what you might typically wear.

Please allow time for parking. The YMCA lots will close by 6:30 am. If you have parked at the YMCA, you will not be able to exit until 10:30 am. Parking in local municipal lots and city streets is advised. It is safe to estimate a 10-15 minute walk to the YMCA.

In the event of inclement weather, events will be delayed in 15 minute increments. If the 5k race has not been started by 8:30 am, all events will be cancelled.

We do not allow dogs at any of the race events.  

We do allow jogging strollers, but please line up at the rear of the starting line.
