About This Event:
First presented in 1991, the Kal-Haven Trail Run is a point to point 33.5 mile race on a "rails to trails" with a crushed limestone surface. The event begins in Kalamazoo at the Kal-Haven Trail's 10th Street trailhead, runs to Bloomingdale, and finishes back at the 10th Street Trailhead Kal-Haven Trail Run benefits Girls on the Run of Greater Kalamazoo and Kalamazoo Area Runners.

Event Information:
Solo Runners – 7:00 am start
- Kalamazoo to Bloomingdale and back, MI 33.5 miles
- Solo runners may have up to 3 drop bags:
- #1 & #2– Gobles
- #3 – Kalamazoo Trail Head(finish line) – all drop bags will be transported back to Kalamazoo after solo runners have passed through the aid station.
2 Person Teams – 7:15 am start

3 to 6 Person Teams – 7:30 am start

The Fine Print
- All registrations are final, no refunds or deferments will be given.
- To guarantee a sweatshirt, registration must be received by March 16, 2023.
- Important note for 3 to 6 person COED relay teams
- A coed 3-4 person team must have a minimum of one female runner
- A coed 5-6 person team must have a minimum of two female runners

Tee Shirts:
To be guaranteed a sweatshirt, registration must be received by March 16, 2023.
