Keyport 5K Postponed to Saturday, November 14, 2026

As you are aware, due to the severe weather on race day Saturday, September 26, 2026, the Keyport 5k was postponed.
We are happy to announce a new race date of Saturday, November 14, 2026.
As a preregistered runner, you will have one of three options – 1.) run the race on the new date 2.) opt for a refund or 3.) donate your race entry fee to Keyport Recreation.
We are asking for your selection by midnight, Saturday, October 31st.
If no selection is made by that date, we will assume that you will be participating in the November 14, 2026 race date.
Pre-race packet pick up will be on Friday, November 13, 2026 at Keyport Boro Hall from 2 pm until 7 pm.
There will also be race date packet pick up on Saturday, November 14 at Waterfront Park near the gazebo starting at 7 am until race time.
The race will start on West Front Street near McDonagh’s Pub at 8:30 AM on Saturday, September 26. The race course has to be amended this year due to the recent storm.
Please be aware of the following parking situation. There is no parking at Fireman’s Park parking lot (next to Mike’s Subs) due to construction.
Parking is available at Water Front Park near the gazebo but this lot will be closed at 7:30 AM. Cars that park in this lot will not be able to leave from this lot until after the race concludes (about 10:30 AM).
There are other Municipal Lots available in Keyport - behind McDonagh’s Pub, on Main Street, on Division Street, etc. Street parking is available where allowed.
We will be accepting non-perishable food donations for the Keyport Ministerium Food Pantry. You will receive an additional chance to win a prize through our random “give away”.

$30 Entry fee through 7/31/26; $35 from 8/1 through 9/17; $40 after 9/17 and on raceday
$5 discount for Students (21 and under), Seniors (65 and over), and active/retired Military (Choose Military Event)
• 5K Tech Race Shirt Guaranteed to the first 300 pre-registrants for the 5k
• Awards for Top 3 Overall & Age Groups 5k (No Duplicate Awards except for Emergency Services, Military/Vet & Keyport Resident)
• 50 minute course cut off time • Post Race Refreshments
• Computerized Results / USATF Certified 5K Course
• Award for First Male and Female Keyport Resident & Emergency Services Personnel
• Check-In at Waterfront Park at the Pavilion - Startline at 12 West Front St.
• We will have packet pick up at the Keyport Boro Hall on Friday, September 25th from 2:00 pm until 7 pm. Runners can also pick up their race packet and race shirt on race day, Saturday, September 26th starting at 7 AM until 8:15 AM at Keyport Waterfront Park
