Fleet Feet Sports Speed Camp
Do you feel the need for speed? Want to work on your strong finishing kick at the end of a race? Do you just want to get faster? This speed camp will meet once a week and will provide runners who have a good running base to supplement a speed workout into their training schedule. This 6 week program starting July 19th will train and prepare you to add speed to your current workouts and prepare you for your end of Summer races.
Program Requirements
- Must have a current running base of at least 10-15 miles per week
- Must be able to run a 13:00 minute mile or faster
Program Includes
- One weekly coached session (Tuesdays 5:45PM Fleet Feet Sports @ The Armory)
- Form Drills
- Each Week a different speed workout
- Weekly emails from your coach
- Weekly Educational Sessions at the start of the workout
