Description

Obatron Fitness is ready to help you get out of the winter mindsets and prepared for spring fitness with our group classes and training opportunities. All classes are limited to just a few participants for the comfort and safety of all involved. However, classes will not be cancelled if there is at least one person enrolled. Fitness classes are enjoyed in the owner's private studio in the North Creek subdivision in Greece, NY. (Exact address sent shortly after registration.)

Walking and running training sessions will be listed under separated registration as the event Winter-Spring Transition Training Series - Outdoor. Those will be offered meet at Greece Canal Park and other nearby public spaces as needed, scheduled in advance. There is also one-on-one training offered under Obatron One-On-One Training 2019. Special one-time group events are also possible. Contact us for details.

Following is the at-a-glance list of offerings. Each event will have details specific to it, which fully describe the event. Note, early bird pricing is in effect! The sooner you sign up, the less you pay. Prices listed here are the non-discounted prices. RunSignUp also adds a small charge to cover hosting and processing.

Hardcore Core – 6 weeks, Mondays, March 18 to April 22, 7:15 to 7:55 p.m., $30

Step Aerobics – 6 weeks, Mondays, March 18 to April 22, 8:05 p.m. to 8:55 p.m., $35

Beyond the Miles – 6 weeks, Tuesdays, March 26 to April 30, 7:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., $30

Runner's Mix (NEW!) – 5 weeks,  Wednesdays, March 20 to April 17, 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., $25

One-on-One Coaching is available for both remote and in-person needs with new segments kicked off the first Monday of each month.. That is offered separately through RunSignUp.
