The Inaugural Schützenfest 1K Bier Dash is an untimed, non-competitive fun run, and is the newest addition to Schützenfest, America’s Longest Running German Fest - Seit 1866!
The Bier Dash starts at 7:30 PM on Friday, July 19, following Schützenfest’s opening ceremonies.
Runners will be taken on a scenic 1K course through Kolping’s Biergarten and beautiful woods to create a one-of-a-kind experience.
Whether you run, walk, or crawl, your challenge is to quench your thirst at not 1, not 2, but 3 beer stations along the way.
Runners are encouraged to come dressed in German attire.
The Kolping Society of Cincinnati is located at 10235 Mill Road / 45231.
Staging Area – join us behind our outdoor Pavilion Stage, following completion of the opening ceremonies.
Make sure to bring your ticket and ID to the admissions line at least by 7:00 PM, a half hour before the starting time.
All proceeds go to charitable causes.
$25 per participant in advance. Sign up online through Friday Noon on 7/19.
$30 at the venue from 6 pm - 7:15 pm
No refunds will be issued.
Runners must check in on the day of the race to get a wristband and racing bib.
Runners without an ID will not be able to partake in the Schützenfest 1K Bier Dash.
