10 Day Challenge
Description
The Fall into Fitness Challenge is a FREE 10 Day challenge hosted by HealthCorps. The challenge is designed to empower HealthCorps staff, mentors, alumni, supporters and their family and friends to get moving and enjoy the benefits of physical activity. We are so excited to have you joining us!
Join as an individual or create a team to meet movement and spirit/community encouragement goals.
Each participant will log their daily activities, in the form of steps. Steps can be tracked using pedometers, fitness watches, or phone apps OR participants can log their activities and how long they participated in them and convert them to steps using the activity log and conversion chart in the participant packet.

Registration! Registration is open now! Registration will remain open for anyone who wants to join in throughout the challenge.
Challenge dates: October 23rd-November 1st
Log your activities by November 5th by 11:59pm to be included in final leaderboards and prizes drawings. Final Awards to be announced on Monday, November 13th. *Note: only activities completed from 10/23-11/01 will be accepted for the challenge.

These "walk & talks" are for connecting with others while moving our bodies! Calendar invites with access links will be sent to registered participants.
Prizes and Awards:
Set a goal and log your activities in the form of steps* to earn raffle entries for a random drawing. At the end of the challenge, three $25 gift cards will be raffled off AND the top mover will get a surprise goofy gift mailed to them. The challenge leader will reach out to selected winners via the email provided in your registration, as well as post the names on this runsignup website at the end of the challenge.
How to earn raffle entries:
- 1 entry per day of activities logged (10 total max)
- 5 entries for setting a goal on your runsignup profile, and logging as an activity a little about why you set that goal and things you plan to do to help you accomplish it!
- 10 entries for achieving your goal
*A step conversion chart is available in the particpant packet for those who don't have access to a step tracking device and/or those who engage in physical activities that don't naturally provide a step count relative to the amount of exertion or intensity of the activity (example: swimming, weight lifting).
National Fall into Fitness Challenge--Recognition and Awards
HealthCorps communities across the country are also competing in various Fall into Fitness challenges! A national leaderboard and team awards will be announced on November 13th!
