Sync Up Saucon Rail Trail 10K

Returning for 2023! Come enjoy the 10th running of the "Sync Up" Saucon Rail Trail 10K supporting a new local beneficiary, Synchronicity Recovery Foundation! This 10K race will be an out-and-back course starting and finishing near the Upper Saucon Township Community Park pavilion. A two-mile untimed run/walk will also start and finish near the pavilion, staying safely within the park. There is a nice children's play area right next to the pavilion. The Details:
If space remains open, race-day registration will be held at the pavilion starting at 7:00am. The race will be held rain or shine. In the event of lightning, the race will be delayed up to one hour before cancellation. A donation will be made to the Upper Saucon Township Volunteer Fire Department and all remaining proceeds will benefit Synchronicity Recovery Foundation. The Goods:
A custom race tee will be available for purchase at the time of online registration. All participants will also enjoy post race food & beverage at the pavilion.
Awards
$75, $50 & $25 cash prizes to Overall male and female; A $50 cash prize will be awarded to the top overall masters Male and Female. Unique rail road spike age group awards to the top 3 in Age Groups

2-Mile Run/walk
A 2-Mile run/walk on the SRT will start at 8:05am. The walk WILL be timed! No official awards, but there will be some fun surprises.
