Mid-Atlantic Multisport Twilight Cross Country Series

The Mid-Atlantic Multisport Twilight Cross Country Series consists of  three timed 5K races held on Wednesday evenings during the months of June, July, and August.  A kids’ half mile fun run also will be offered before each 5K race. The races will take place entirely on the scenic, secluded, and groomed grass trails within Exton Park, which is a trailhead for the Chester Valley Trail.  The start and finish area in Exton Park offers restrooms, a playground,  and plenty of parking.  Prizes will be awarded to the top overall male and female finishers and age group winners of each 5K race. There will also be Series awards for runners who complete all 3 races. Runners will accumulate points based on their finish position at each race and awards will be given to the runners with the highest point totals after the final Series race.

Please note that this is an off-road course and therefore includes areas of uneven terrain and possibly muddy conditions.  Accordingly, baby joggers and pets will not be permitted on the course.

A portion of the proceeds will go to the West Whiteland Township Parks & Recreation Commission

6:00 pm - National Anthem

6:10 pm - Kids' Half Mile Fun Run Start

6:30 pm - 5K Race Start

7:15 pm - Awards Ceremony

REFUND POLICY:
A REFUND OF $10.00 WILL BE GRANTED ONLY IF REQUESTED IN WRITING ON OR BEFORE MAY 31, 2018.  AFTER THIS DATE, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED FOR ANY REASON.  REGISTRATION FEES CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO OTHER PERSONS OR APPLIED TOWARD FUTURE MID-ATLANTIC MULTISPORT EVENTS OR ITS COACHING SERVICES. SELLING YOUR EVENT SLOT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Mid-Atlantic Multisport reserves the right to reject any event registration if a valid photo ID is not presented at check-in on the day of the event.

There is NO rain date for the event. In cases of inclement weather, natural disaster, acts of God, acts of war or other unforeseen extraordinary circumstances, management reserves the right to cancel the event and/or modify the event itinerary for safety concerns. Under such circumstances, there will be absolutely no refunds or transfer of registrations to future Mid-Atlantic Multisport events. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid. All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all event supplies, staffing, and administration. We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair, safe and exciting event for all. Management reserves the right to reject or accept a registration for any reason.
