2023 Pre-Sale Open Water Training Swims

Pre-Season Sale: Buy Unlimited Open Water Sessions for 2023 and finish the 2022 Open Water Season for FREE!

This registration link is for open water training sessions during the 2023 season only at 1400 S. Trooper Rd., Norristown, PA 19403.

Join our open water training sessions for fitness, for a triathlon, an open water swim, or any other competition.  No prior OW experience is necessary, but swimmers must be confident in their ability to swim a 200-300 meter course without assistance.  All swimmers must wear a bright colored swim cap or a New Wave Swim Buoy.  NWSB is mandatory for anyone who has never completed a 300 yard open water loop without stopping.  We generally have buoys available for sale, or to borrow.

Multiple sessions will be held each week.  Our current schedule is as follows:
Tuesday/Thursday 5-7PM.
Saturday 8AM-12 noon.
Practice times may vary on holidays, due to weather conditions, etc.  Check out the most accurate water conditions at this location here. Sessions are also subject to cancellation or change due to weather (lightning, water quality, etc.).  For the most up to date information on class schedules, join our Facebook Group. 

Directions to Norristown Location:
GPS Address to the parking lot is: 1400 S. Trooper Rd., Norristown, PA 19403
From Trooper Rd. exit of 422, head toward the Betzwood trailhead on Trooper Rd.  Make a left at the "T" to go under 422.  Make another left to the parking lot on your right.  Walk the short paved path to the starting point (toward the river).  We are approximately 300 yards downstream from the 422 bridge.

Season passes are cheaper than buying single session passes.
Cost per 1 hour session: $15
Unlimited Swims: $250 (as little as $1.50 per 1 hour swim)
NO CASH PAYMENTS ARE BEING ACCEPTED IN 2023!

All sales final.  NO REFUNDS.  Anyone who can't participate in a particular session may defer that session to another workout in the same season, but not to the following season or into another event.
