Indian Creek Foundation is kicking off our 30th Annual Roll Stroll & Run and it will be bigger and better than ever!
This year we are planning to return to a live event and welcome participants and volunteers back to our campus to enjoy this long-standing community event. In addition, we will be offering a virtual option for those who are not comfortable attending a live event. The live event will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 while the virtual event will run from May 22 – June 19, 2021 and will provide the flexibility for participants to log miles how and when they choose. This charity ride/walk/race typically draws more than 300 participants and volunteers from all over PA and NJ. For our 30th Anniversary, we will be giving away great prizes at the live event and on-line every week during the virtual event as people raise money and post their progress on our social media accounts.
We will offer our 4 scenic and challenging cycling routes (10, 20, 40 or 62 miles), two walking courses (1K and 5K), and a timed 5K run. Virtual participants will also have access to our course maps.
Last year we had so much fun at our drive through kick-off party that we will be doing it again on Thursday, June 17th, from 6pm-8pm at 420 Cowpath Road, Souderton, PA. Attendees can enjoy live music while we hand out our collectible t-shirts and swag bags full of fun give-a-ways. We will even have prizes for the first cars to arrive!
We are also planning to host our post-race family carnival with even more excitement than ever before! We will have an all-you-care-to-eat lunch, live music, family entertainment and fun raffles and prizes!
The Roll, Stroll & Run event benefits our 24 residential houses, helping to provide a stable home life for more than 100 individuals. All funds raised will be used for improvements and renovations at our residential care homes. The most recent funds raised are being used to put a new roof, siding, and windows on one of our homes in the Harleysville area.
By participating in Roll Stroll & Run, and by encouraging others to sponsor your efforts, you are making a difference in the lives of the individuals that Indian Creek Serves.
