Description
After holding this race last year for my senior graduation project, I realized I wanted to continue for another year! Unlike last year, I am organizing and hosting a 5k walk/race with some of my fellow MIP Kit recipients/ friends! The race will take place on June 1st, 2024, in Downingtown, PA to benefit The MIP Foundation to raise money and awareness for oncology patients like myself, Lily, Mary Kate, and Abigail! We want other patients to feel supported through The MIP Kit Program.
Parking will be available via the municipal parking lots at Planet Fitness and Kerr Park.
There will be a post-race gathering this year following the race! This event will be held on the fields of Kerr Park.
The top finisher in each category will receive a gift card
- Categories are 15&U, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
The oldest finisher will also receive a gift card!
There will be porta-potties available
