Description
Join us on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at the beautiful Saluda Shoals Park for the Rise & Run 5K. This inspiring event will take place on a fast, flat, and scenic closed course, giving participants the opportunity to achieve personal bests while soaking in the natural beauty of the park. More than just a race, it’s a celebration of Easter, a movement for mental health awareness, and a chance to bring hope to those struggling with anxiety and depression. The event is hosted by Forever Changed Ministries.
Event Details:
5K Race: Starting at 8:00 AM, the race features a fast, flat, and scenic closed course, perfect for runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels.
Kids' Fun Run with Easter Egg Hunt: Beginning at 9:30 AM, this fun-filled activity allows everyone to participate in the 5K and still enjoy Easter festivities with their families.
Together, we’ll celebrate Easter and the Resurrection, reflecting on the hope and renewal this season brings.
Packet Pick-Up:
Friday, April 11: Packet pick-up will be held at Fleet Feet in Irmo, located at 945 Lake Murray Blvd, Suite A, Irmo, SC 29063, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Receive a 10% discount from Fleet Feet.
Saturday, April 12: Race day on-site packet pick-up will begin at 7:00 AM at Saluda Shoals Park.
