Celebrating the 24th Annual Sister to Sister Fitness Festival

We are excited to announce the 24th year of the Sister to Sister Fitness Festival, hosted by the Celebrating Life Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to making breast cancer powerless through education, encouragement, and empowerment.

 Location: Alan E. Sims Cedar Hill Recreation Center

 Onsite & Virtual Options Available!
This year’s event will feature both an onsite race and a virtual option, allowing participants to walk or run from anywhere!
(Please note: Virtual participants will need to register on a separate page.)

 Our Theme: "Riding the Blue Wave" 

This year, we’re making waves by celebrating male breast cancer survivors and highlighting the importance of getting men involved in the fight against breast cancer. Studies show that walking not only helps maintain a healthy body weight but also lowers hormone levels that can increase the risk of breast and endometrial cancers, especially in women.

Race Day Highlights:

T-Shirts for all participants who register by September 19, 2025 (Register early to receive your shirt before the event!)
Finisher Medals for the first 350 participants to cross the finish line
A variety of fitness activities at the Alan E. Sims Cedar Hill Recreation Center
