Santa Shuffle & Shop

Join the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce & Visitor's Center for the Santa Shuffle & Shop, an event supporting two fantastic non-profit organizations that benefit our local community!

Kick off the day with a fun run filled with Christmas cheer! A quick kids run will start the day, then everyone is off for the fun with a fun run around the Harker Heights Community Park! Enjoy specialty snacks, vendors, great music, and plenty of fun—all included for one low ticket price.

Santa Shuffle Fun Run: $30 

Grab your jingle bells, lace up your running shoes, and get ready to Shuffle into the holiday spirit!

The Santa Shuffle is a fun and festive holiday-themed competitive run for ages 13 and up. Whether you run, jog, hop, skip, walk, stroll—or create your own special Santa Shuffle—we just want you to cross that finish line with a smile!

Come dressed in your favorite holiday gear, bring your Christmas cheer, and join us for a merry good time filled with festive fun, friendly competition, and plenty of reasons to celebrate the season.

Run Fee Includes:

• Official Run T-shirt
• Swag Bag
• All the Race Activities

Registrations on or before Tuesday, December 1st, are guaranteed a race t-shirt. Registrations after December 1st will receive a t-shirt based on first come/first served until supplies run out.

Santa Shuffle Kids Run - FREE!

Before the Santa Shuffle Fun Run, there will be a free run for kids 12 and under—because everyone deserves to be part of the fun! 

Note: T-shirts are not included in the Kids Run but can be purchased for $15 each.

What is the '& Shop' part of the race?

The Santa Shop is FREE to attend and open to everyone! Stop by and browse a festive collection of local vendors while you tackle those last-minute Christmas gifts, find a few stocking stuffers, discover something unique for someone special…or pick up a little something for yourself. We won’t tell Santa.

Come just to shop and head on your merry way, or stay and enjoy all the Santa Shuffle excitement! Grab a bite, soak up the holiday atmosphere, and help us cheer on the runners as they make their way to the finish line.

Whether you're running, shopping, cheering, or doing a little bit of everything, there’s a place for you at the Santa Shuffle & Shop! 

Event Schedule (Saturday, December 12th, 2026):

9:00 am - Last-chance registration and packet pick-up (shirts not guaranteed for new registrations at the event).

10:00 am - Opening Ceremonies

10:05 am - Kids Race

10:15 am - Santa Shuffle Fun Run

12:00 pm - Vendors Start Closing Up Shop
