2023 HH Frosted Mug Run

Join the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce & Visitor’s Center for the Frosted Mug 5K Run and Frosted Beer Mile Run for a cause supporting two great non-profit organizations benefiting the local community. Sponsored by Freedom Urgent Care.

We start the morning festivities with a 5K, then a beer mile run, followed by one heck of an after party. Enjoy a tasty specialty snack, vendors, great music, craft beer, wine and lots of fun all for one low ticket price!

Frosted 5K Mug Run;  $45 Competitive 5K Run (CHIP TIMED RUN)    

Frosted Beer Mile  $20 (Beer mile run is for 21yrs + only) All proceeds of the beer mile run support the AUSA Central Texas Chapter Toy Drive for the children of our local Soldiers. The beer mile fun run is not a chip timed race.

*Beer Mile Run participants ONLY do not get any swag items. However, you did get beer during your run along with supporting a great cause.

The *first 200 registered 5K or run bundle participants will be guaranteed a commemorative beer mug, an official event t-shirt, swag bag, speciality snack, and a custom finisher award. (shirt sizes are not guaranteed after 11/23/23)

Join the Harker Heights Chamber of Commerce Visitor's Center & community partners for a holiday themed beer mile.
This is an adult 21 and over only social run (not chip timed). 
Beverages are 8 oz. and Runs are ¼ mile. How It Works... Drink, Run, Repeat. It is simple: drink 1 8oz cup of beer, run 0.25 miles and repeat 4 times.

The fastest Beer Mile runner wins bragging rights for an entire year. Run Responsibly...
You must be 21 years of age or older to participate in the Beer Mile Run. Expect to have identification available at registration. We will not refund entrants who are under the age of 21 that show up to race. We also require that you identify a designated driver for your ride home. Let's all stay safe out there!

Beer Mile Awards: 1st & 2nd place to the fastest overall winners (not chip timed).(or walk, twirl, drink or dance) for a cause participate in the best social race in town, Sponsored by Freedom Urgent Care.

8:30 am - Last Chance Registration & Packet Pick up (for participants that did not do early pickup)

9 am - Race time 5K Run/Walk (Chip timed race)

10am - Race time Frosted Beer Mile (Social run not chip timed)

FREE Kids Fun Run (kids 12 and under) - Presented by Texas Tykes Daycare

(Kids run begins directly after the adult races)
