Join the 11th Transportation BN (Fort Story, VA) and Virginia Beach Police Department on May 23th at Hillier Ignite Fitness Park (Virginia Beach Oceanfront, 100 36th Street, Virginia Beach, VA, 23451) for the Murph "ON THE BEACH" Challenge to honor the fallen and all those who paid the ultimate sacrifice. Donations accepted by non-profits at the event.

- 8:45am: Opening Remarks
- 9:00am: US Navy Fly-Over and Murph Heavy (RX+) Competition Wave 1 Start
- 9:15am: Murph Heavy Competition Wave 2 Start
- 9:30am: Murph Heavy Competition Wave 3 Start
- 9:45am: Murph (Body Weight, RX) Wave 1 Start
- 10:00am: Murph (Body Weight) Wave 2 Start
- 10:15am: Murph (Body Weight) Wave 3 Start
- 10:30am: Murph (Lite, Skilled) Wave 1 Start
