Run for the City 5k

Join us for a 3 loop 5k race, 1 loop 1 mile fun bubble run at Wave Church in Virginia  Beach. The race begins and ends at Wave Church, medals and an after party immediately following.  All racers receive an event T-shirt.

Wave City Care is a 501c(3) non-profit
(DBA name for Hampton Roads Community Care), that has been serving people in the Hampton Roads area since 2002. We are out in the community making a difference, with programs and events designed to meet the needs of the whole family! Our mission is to educate, equip, and empower the community of Hampton Roads one life at a time.

Just in Time for the Holidays

"The holidays are always a wonderful time of the year to take a moment to remember to give to others, share our time, and be thankful for all we have. This year we are distributing Thanksgiving baskets to people in need through the Wave Church Great Neck, Seaboard, and Norfolk Campuses, in addition to serving food at Franklin Arms and Russel House. In addition to your registration, a donation of $50.00 will provide you with  the opportunity to sponsor one family for Thanksgiving, which includes a basket of Thanksgiving food and a turkey. We will also have an opportunity the day of the race to donate to our Thanksgiving baskets."
