Arrive by 6:30am Set up water station outside of the EPI Center in the 7 parking spaces.
As runners loop back from the pavilion they can grab an opened water and throw the bottle to the right. One person with a rake and a large trash can to collect the bottles. lids will be discarded by the team opening the bottles in the small trash can next to table. This station can be broken down after the 5K race and is not needed for the kids 1 mile.

Details

Arrive by 6:15am Assist with setting up the timing system trusses. Place sponsor and directional signs on the course. Help direct the runners along the course. At the conclusion of the kids 1 mile approximately 10:30am help collect cones signs and break down the course timing system.

Arrive by 6:30am Set up table and medals on concrete in front of the EPI Center. Motivate and celebrate runners at the finish line and hand out medals. Break down this station at the conclusion of the Kids 1 mile race.

Cornhole Tournament Assistant Medium Priority

Arrive at 6:30am. By 7am assist with set up and breakdown and facilitation of the team cornhole tournament. Tournament begins at 10am. Airmail challenge is available from 7am through the conclusion of the Tournament. Tickets are $5 for two throws. For each throw that goes in the participant gets a raffle ticket for a drawing for a cooler.
