Meet your new favorite commitment: the Couch to 5K program for the Juneteenth Run For Wellness.This isn’t just a running program—it’s a whole vibe. Whether your “running” currently looks like jogging to the fridge or you haven’t laced up in years, we’ve got you. Over the course of 6 fun weeks, we’ll take you from “maybe I can do this” to confidently crossing that 5K finish line like a champ.Expect good energy, great people, and zero pressure. We’ll build you up step-by-step with a mix of walking, jogging, and plenty of encouragement along the way. Group meetups keep you motivated, while solo days give you time to move at your own pace.

No experience? Perfect.
Not a “runner”? Even better.
All you need is a pair of shoes and a reason to start—and we’ve got plenty of those.
