IN-PERSON FAQ
Q: Where do I get my packet?
A: Kirkwood Community Center: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and Saturday 9-Noon (open late 11/22-24 until 7:30pm) OR
Webster Groves Recreation Complex: Mon-Fri 5:30am-9:30 pm.
Q: Can someone else pick-up my packet?
A: Yes! A friend or family member can pick-up for you. We will only assign one bib number per athlete, so be sure to communicate with your people.
Q: Can I still sign up on race day?
A: Yes! Registration does not close. You're best bet is to sign-up on your phone or home computer and come race morning to pick-up your bib. Remember race day registration is an additional $10!
Q: Where do I park on Race Day?

Q: Can I bring a stroller?
A: Strollers are allowed. We ask that runners pushing strollers start at the back of the pack to avoid any potential tripping. Please note your race time will not begin until your chipped bib crosses the starting line.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Per our insurance policy, dogs are not allowed. Please leave your four legged best friend at home.
VIRTUAL RUN FAQ
Q: How does a virtual race work?
A: First select a distance you'd like to compete or complete. We offer a 3M or 6M option. Once you register for the race(s), the next step is to get ready for to run, jog and walk your way to glory! Complete your race distance(s), to justify your pie, and submit your time on this website. The time submission window opens November 1st and runs through Thanksgiving weekend closing at 11:59 PM, November 28th. The race(s) that you registered for can be completed at any location of your choice, and can even be completed indoors on a treadmill!
Q: When can I complete my races/miles?
A: You have from November 1st through 11:59 PM, November 28thand submit your results.
Q: Where should I run my race?
A: That's the beauty of a virtual race, you can run wherever and whenever you like! We do however insist you stay safe by observing all local, state and federal social distancing orders as well as respecting any closures or social distancing rules of local, county or state parks.
Q: Do I have to be fast?
A: No, not at all.
Q: What do I get for participating?
A: Sign up for the 3M or 6M in-person or virtual race options and receive a Kirkwood Webster Turkey Day Run giveaway. Only the first 4000 will receive one, so don't wait to sign up!
Q: Do I need a GPS watch or smartphone app to track my time?
A: You can use whatever technology that works best of you to track your race distance, but we will not require any proof of activity. You will need to manually enter your time into our platform as it does NOT connect with Garmin, Strava, etc.
Q: Do treadmill miles count?
A: Yes to treadmills.
Q: When do I receive my swag?
A: Packet pick-up will begin soon at both Kirkwood Community Center and Webster Groves Recreation Center. Keep an eye on your email then it officially opens as we'll let you know.
