Expo Schedule
EXPO SCHEDULE
The EXPO will be located INSIDE the Pilot Family YMCA in the gymnasium. Note that the YMCA will be open for regular members during our EXPO.
The schedule for Sunday 28 January is:
12:30 pm - 1:15 pm Vendor Unloading and Set Up
1:30 pm EXPO Doors Open
1:45 pm, 2:15 pm, 2:45 pm, 3:15 pm SPEAKERS & DOOR PRIZES (15-20 min each)
4:00 pm EXPO Doors Close
4:00 - 4:45 pm Vendor Break Down, Loading and Venue Clean Up
4:15 pm Fun Run from the Y
5:00 pm Social Hour nearby - location TBA
