Vendor Information

We are excited to offer local businesses the opportunity to directly interact with endurance athletes, triathletes and those curious about triathlon.

This is our very first Knoxville Triathlon EXPO, and we hope to attract 300 athletes. With the help of our vendors, we are confident we can attract many more attendees. We will provide social media collateral and printable posters to all participating vendors.

Admission is FREE. As athletes enter the building, they will be given a name tag and asked to provide their name and email address.  A list of all attendees and emails will be shared with all Vendors.

Onsite sales and service scheduling permitted, and we welcome product demonstrations.

 

Vendors are asked to bring their own tables, plus up to 2 chairs for a 10’ x 10’ indoor space. Pop-Up tents are discouraged, but flags and standing posters are welcome. Nothing may be anchored to or attached to the gymnasium floor. All trash must be collected and taken. No food or drinks (except water) are allowed in the gymnasium. Electricity (110VAC) is available, but you will need to bring your own extension cord and surge protector.

Fees: $75 cash, check or Venmo PLUS a door prize of at least $25 value (to be delivered upon arrival to the EXPO).

All vendors are encouraged to provide a giveaway for all athletes. This may be virtual like a discount code or a physical promotional item.

After EXPO expenses are paid, all proceeds will be donated to 1. Rocky Top Multisport Club’s Youth Triathlon Initiative, and 2. Pilot Family YMCA.
