THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO MADE OUR VIRTUAL WALK A SUCCESS!
On Sunday, June 28, 2020 activists in 15 counties kept our mission MOVING by walking in their communities. Every minute of the day between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. at least one group was walking to show breast cancer just how determined this Komen Philadelphia community is stop at NOTHING until our world is completely free of this disease.
After experiencing all the ways our community overcame the challenges, unprecedented necessities and uncertainties of a pandemic-defined spring to ensure our mission wouldn’t “pause” for even a second, there is no denying that our Komen Philadelphia family is the hands-down best anywhere… ever.
We are one. We are strong. We are in this fight to win this fight—and nothing will stop us until we are living in a world without breast cancer.
Again, we thank you for your participation, donations, fundraising… for being MORE THAN PINK!
