IF YOU MAILED IN PAYMENT: For a company or registrant that mailed in any registration payments or tent payments, we are also working on issuing refunds to you.

Important Information for Corporate Registrations
In an effort to simplify the registration process for company employees, we have redesigned the registration page. If the company is paying for its employees' registrations and you would like to make only one payment either by check or by credit card for all registrations, please contact Bertha Lanthier @ blanthier54@aol.com to receive a Coupon Code to be used to track the registrations. The company will then be sent an invoice to cover all the registrations used by the Coupon Code.
Tent Packages & Tent Spaces Rentals
You may rent a tent space and bring your own tent, or rent both a tent and space. Tent rental includes setup and breakdown of equipment and the use of two (2) tables and twelve (12) chairs. Additional tables and chairs are available for rental. Tent requests will be accepted up until March 9th, 2020. A tent map will be distributed after March 9th. All rentals will be handled on a "first come, first served" basis.
This is the direct link to complete the Tent Request & pay by credit card for Tent Space or Tent Package Rentals.

Race bibs with timing chips will be REQUIRED for scoring. In other words, if all members of a team do not have bibs, then the member without a bib will not be scored for the team. Bibs will be assigned to all registered runners. Bibs are found in the race packets, which can be picked up the Thursday and Friday before race day.
