The 10th annual Grin & Bear It 5k & 10k & ½ Mile Kid’s Fun Run will take place on October 22nd at Poverty Point Reservoir in Delhi, Louisiana. After a 2 year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are excited to welcome our community back to the Grin & Bear It Race! Come enjoy this beautiful scenic run.

Monies raised will go toward future health screenings through Delhi Hospital & Clinic’s Community Wellness & Prevention Program.  

Distances: 5K, 10K and ½ Mile Kid’s Fun Run

Time:    6:30 AM - Race Day Registration & Packet Pickup
              7:45 AM - ½ Mile Kid’s Fun Run
              8:00 AM - 5K/10K run

Post-Race Party: Be sure to stay after the race for refreshments, music & awards presentation!

Registration Fees:

(*$15 for Delhi Hospital & Clinic employees) 

$20 through October 21st

$25 Race Day

All kids 10 & under run free for the 1/2 mile fun run. 

Children’s tees are $10 for the fun run and Adult tees are $15 & must register early to ensure shirt availability.

Adults & kids will receive a t-shirt with their registration for the 5K & 10K if you register before October 4th!

REGISTER EARLY! Shirts NOT guaranteed to late registrants (after October 4th).

Packet Pickup (Location, Date & Time):

Packet pick-up on Thursday, October 20th and Friday, October 21st from noon-5 pm at the White house across from the Delhi Hospital ER & at the race site on Saturday, October 22nd beginning at 6:30 am.

Age Groups:  5K & 10K:   12 and under, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65+

Awards:  Overall Male & Female top finisher in the 5k & 10k races will each receive a $100 gift card, as well as awards for overall male & female age group finishers.
