38th Annual Spillway Classic Trail Run 

Conquer "The Gauntlet"

Join us for the 38th annual Spillway Classic Trail Run and take on "The Gauntlet," a unique and challenging off-road adventure. This 3-mile course winds through the natural trails and evolving ecosystem of the Bonnet Carre Spillway, offering a dynamic and unpredictable experience. Expect unpaved surfaces, potential elevation changes, and the thrill of navigating through the Louisiana landscape. Participants are encouraged to use caution when participating, and to expect muddy / wet conditions that may vary depending on the weather in weeks and days leading up to the event.

• 7:00 am - Packet Pickup Opens
• 8:00 am - Start of 3 Mile Trail Run
• 9:30 am - Award Ceremony (subject to change)

Whether you're a seasoned trail runner or looking for a unique racing experience, the Spillway Classic Trail Run provides an unforgettable adventure. Post-race refreshments for registered participants include beer from Crescent Crown Distributing, Elmer's Chee-Wees, Baker Maid sweets, Jambalaya Girl, and Kentwood Springs.

The Spillway Classic Trail Run is open to all runners and walkers of all speeds, New Orleans Track Club members and nonmembers alike.
