At your own pace | July 1st - July 15th
Heart N Hands wants you to get active by loving your heart. What have you done for your heart lately? This is a great time to get out, enjoy the beautiful weather and show your heart some love.
Running for the HEART Virtual 5K is all about loving your heart & staying fit during this time to great heart healthy habits for life. Running and/or Walking we can come together as a virtual community to get our hearts pumping, give back to a worthy charity, share with our communities and HAVE FUN!!!!
