Shamrock Races & Gear
Description
Once again, Kappa Delta has the privilege of hosting its annual 5k and 1-mile fun run! This race is a time when Kappa Delta and the community is able to support the Louisiana Methodist Children's Home and Prevent Child Abuse America. Check-in for the 5K and Fun Run will begin at 7:30 am. The 1-mile Fun Run will start at 8:30 am, and the 5K race will start at 8:45 am. All proceeds go to the Louisiana United Methodist Children and Family Service and Prevent Child Abuse America! We are so excited to participate and cannot wait to see what the Lord has in store!
Important Information
*Sign-in will begin at 7:30 am, The 5k will begin at 8:45 am, and the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk begins at 8:30 am.
*The $3 fee to get into the park is included in the registration, simply tell them you are with KD at the gate!
*There will be refreshments and breakfast items available to all of our racers on Vendor Lane!
*Vendor Lane will also have local boutiques, artists, craftsmen, and other food items available for purchase!
*If online registration is closed you may still sign up at the event starting at 7:30 am.
*The race will happen rain or shine, so if you cannot make it you will be contacted about receiving your shirt.
*Leashed pets are welcome!!
