If you complete the Bonnet Springs Park 5k, which is included in the training bundle, you will receive a finisher's medal and participant shirt. For the 5k training, you will also receive a participant shirt if you choose that option during registration.
Yes - this 5k training program is suitable for anyone who can walk 30 minutes multiple times per week. Trainees will go at a pace that is comfortable for them, and run/walk is highly encouraged.
Yes. Based on your intake questionnaire, you will receive a training plan that you can follow from home if you choose.
Attending the group runs is 100% voluntary. Running with a group can provide support, comaradarie and you may meet your new best friend. You do not have to attend all of the Saturday runs to participate.
