Swim Course
* The triangular shaped swim course starts and finishes on the beautiful sandy beach at Lake Norman State Park.
* This will be a Time Trial start with participants starting every couple of seconds.
* A water temperature will be posted by 9pm on Thursday of race week.
* USAT rules will apply for wetsuit usage.
