HOW TO LOG YOUR ACTIVITES

Track your challenge activity for each daily and weekly task on your own. The Life Time FitGiving Challenge and Turkey Day 5K was created for everyone to have fun while completing challenges that help you, your family, friends and community keep up the spirt of fitness and spreading positivity while we get ready for the holidays!

WHAT IF I MISSED A DAY?
No problem!! Feel free to go back and check out activities. Do these challenges/ activities when it's right for you! Just remember to log them.

TIPS AND TRICKS
  • It’s best to log your activities daily or weekly. Obviously life gets busy and you may not be able to log right after you have fun doing weekly challenges, but staying consistent will make it easier so you’re not entering in a lot of data at once. Plus seeing your progress will be more motivating! We recommend setting a daily or weekly alert to remind yourself.
  • If you forget to log your activity the same day, it’s ok! You can log activities any time during the challenge timeframe (November 1st- November 30th).
  • Add comments to your activity log if you want! We highly encourage you to do so! Some ideas of what you may include are:
    Type of activity - Time for your baseline 5K / Where or what you did to motivate yourself / What kind of action you took / How did you make someone smile or spread love? / What are you thankful for? 
  • Feel free to post your progress, activities and weekly challenges on your social media. Follow us on Instagram @fitgiving and tag us in your social posts using #FitGiving
  • Turkey Day 5K you will need to log this activity in your Speed activity as well as in the Turkey Day 5K results to be seen on the overall Turkey Day 5K results/ leaderboard.

     
STEPS TO LOG YOUR ACTIVITES
  • Click the Log your Challenge & Turkey Day 5K tab on our website
  • Search for your registration. *Your First and Last Name required. Please make sure you have found YOUR registration so that you do not, by mistake log activities under another athletes activity log!
  • Click Log Activities
  • From the Activity drop down menu, select the “FitGiving Challenge." Select which *challenge activity you are logging an activity for
  • Enter Date Completed
  • Enter the activity complete by entering the number 1
  • Enter your comment telling us what you did! How many miles, planks, how was the Alpha class? *Comments are optional
  • Click Submit Activity
  • If logging multiple activities, you may click Add Another Activity and repeat these steps


*Reminder! There are 11 challenge activities: Strength, Mindfulness, Endurance, Nutrition, Speed, Recovery, Play, Take Action, Make Someone Smile, Spread Love and Be Thankful

  

VIEW YOUR PROGRESS AND BADGES

After you've logged at least one activity, you may view your progress bars by visiting the Results tab, searching for your name, and clicking on your name. This is also another way to log your activities! Your badges will be displayed here as well, once you hit certain milestones.

EDIT YOUR ACTIVITY

To make any edits to your activity log, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit the Results tab
  2. Search for your name and click on it
  3. Under Activities, click the icon with the square and pencil to make an edit

Due to the manual nature of submitting your activity, we request that you uphold the integrity of our sport and submit only data that is honest and accurate to the best of your ability.
