ABOUT THE CHALLENGE
WHAT IS THE LIFE TIME FITGIVING CHALLENGE PRESENTED BY INVISALIGN?
The Life Time FitGiving Challenge is a virtual challenge to complete 4 weeks of daily activities incorporating Strength, Mindfulness, Endurance, Nutrition, Speed, Recovery and Play the days leading up to the Thanksgiving holiday!
WHEN IS THE CHALLENGE?
The challenge starts on Sunday November 1st, 2020 and ends on Thursday November 26th, 2020. Participants can log their activities from November 1st- November 30th! *We added a couple days for participants to log activities because we know that Thanksgiving Day and the day after are typically busy holidays.
DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE EVERY CHALLENGE?
No! The goal is to complete as many of the daily activities throughout the 26 days.
WHAT IF I MISSED A DAY?
No problem!! Feel free to go back and check out activities. Do these challenges/ activities when it's right for you! Just remember to log them.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I COMPLETE THE CHALLENGE?
You have officially completed the challenge when you complete each daily challenge. You may see your progress on your personal Results page. If you'd like to go above and beyond (wow!!), you may absolutely continue adding tallys to your accomplishments to any and all of the daily activities. There is no limit to the number of times you can complete an activity. We are even adding additional badges for you over-achievers!
IS THERE A SPECIFIC APP I NEED TO USE TO TRACK MY MILES FOR THE WALK/RUN ACTIVITIES?
No. However, you may track your fitness activities & miles with any app, watch, or fitness device that you would like.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEDAL AND ENAMEL PINS?
We will begin mailing your items the third week of December.
WILL I STILL RECEIVE MY MEDAL AND ENAMEL PINS IF I DO NOT COMPLETE ALL CHALLENGES?
Yes, all registered participants in the Challenge and/or 5K will receive a medal and 2 enamel pins.
WILL YOU SHIP CHALLENGE MEDALS INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time we are only able to ship the challenge medals to a continental U.S. address.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY BIB?
Click here to visit your Profile. From there, you will see "View Digital Bib" on the right panel of your registration for this event. You must be logged into your RSU account to access this. You do not need to wear a bib during this Challenge.
HOW DO I RESEND MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
RunSignUp allows you to access your registration through your Profile. From there you can resend your confirmation email if you have misplaced it, or if you have not received it.
Note: If you did not receive your confirmation make sure to check your Spam/Clutter folders.
You will always be able to resend the registration confirmation for any registrations associated with your Profile (including any sub-accounts of yours) by following these steps:
1.) Sign In to RunSignUp
2.) Go to your Profile
3.) See your events under Upcoming Events
4.) Click Resend Confirmation next to the registration that you would like to resend the confirmation email.
5.) Check the email listed in your Profile for your registration confirmation
Click Resend Confirmation next to the registration that you would like to resend the registration confirmation.
At that point, the confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with that registration. If the original confirmation message did not send because you had a typo in an email address, you will need to update this information as explained in How to Correct Typo/Modify Profile.
HOW DO I RESET MY RSU PASSWORD?
If you ever happen to forget your password, simply open up the “Login” , and click Forgot Password? At this point, you can enter in the email address you use to access your RunSignup account, and click on the button labeled Send Reset Password Link
After clicking the “Reset Password” button, you will receive an email with a unique link allowing you to reset the password for your RunSignUp account.
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Go to your Profile
See your events under Upcoming Events
Click on "Manage Registration"
Click on "Shipping" at the top of the page and update your shipping address
The deadline to update your Shipping Address is November 26th, 2020
LOG YOUR COMPLETED CHALLENGE FAQS
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY COMPLETED CHALLENGES?
Click here to visit your Profile. From there, you will see "Submit Virtual Results" and other options on the right panel of your registration for this event. You must be logged into your RSU account to access this. Challenges must be logged within the challenge time frame of November 1st- November 30th, 2020. You can log daily or weekly, as the platform will track your progress and will let you know when you have unlocked a challenge badge. For more detailed instructions, please visit here.
DO I NEED TO SUBMIT PROOF OF MY CHALLENGE ACTIVITIES?
No, this virtual challenge is based on the honor system.
REFERRAL REWARDS FAQS
WHAT IS THE REFERRAL PROGRAM?
For every 3 friends who use your referral link to register, you will receive a refund of $5 credited back to you. The maximum refund amount is $10.
WHAT ARE THE RULES?
The referral has to sign up with your unique referral link. We cannot apply a referral link to any accounts after registration.
HOW DO I FIND MY REFERRAL LINK?
After you register, you will receive your unique referral link in your confirmation email as well as on the confirmation page screen. You may also resend your confirmation email through your Profile. You may also view your Referral Links here.
