IMPORTANT ALERT: THE TRANSFER/ DEFERRAL WINDOW IS NOW CLOSED. NO ADDITIONAL REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOLLOWING THIS DEADLINE REGARDLESS OF THE REASON. Due to planning purposes, Pike's Peek has a NO REFUND POLICY; however, participants may elect to defer to the next year's event or transfer to another participant.

To request a transfer, please contact office@mcrrc.org by 11:59 PM ON THURSDAY. APRIL 16 with your full name, the name of the person you are transferring to, and the email address of the person you are transferring to. Please note we are unable to handle the financial aspects of the transfer - this must be done privately, if desired.
