Join us Saturday, April 27, 2024, as we bring back the Feel Good 5K & Fun Run for our second annual event! Grab your family and friends, lace up your sneakers, and join us to promote mental health awareness while enjoying a run/walk through our Towson campus and surrounding neighborhoods. Celebrate at the finish line with music, kid-friendly activities, and more!

Registration Fees
Race shirts included for all participants. Secure your size before they run out—limited availability closer to race day. There will be no registration on race day.
5K Run/Walk:
- Early bird! January 22 – February 9: $25
- February 10 – March 22: $30
- March 23 – April 25: $35
- April 26: $40 (on-site registration at packet pickup only on April 26)
1-Mile Fun Run/Walk:
- January 22 – April 26: $20 (on-site registration at packet pickup only on April 26)
Medals
All participants in the 5K and 1-mile run/walk will receive a finishers medal.
5K Awards will be given to the top overall male, female, and non-binary winner, as well as the top three male and female runners in the following age groups: 9 and under, 10-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older.
Packet Pick-Up
You must come to one of the following packet pickup days/times to receive your bib and shirt. There will be no registration or packet pickup option on race day.
Location: Sheppard Pratt Conference Center, 6501 N. Charles St., Towson, MD 21204.
Dates & Times:
- Thursday, April 25: 3 – 7 p.m.
- Friday, April 26: 3 – 7 p.m.
If you are unable to make it to packet pickup, a family member, friend, or co-worker may pick up your packet for you. Please make sure anyone picking up packets for others have the participants’ names they registered with and their registration confirmation.
