The Florida Cancer Specialists (FCS) Foundation is honored to be the recipient of the funds raised through sponsorships and donations from the annual ME STRONG 5K, to be held Saturday, February 1, 2025. The FCS Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides non–medical financial support to qualifying adult cancer patients in your local community. We believe no one should have to choose between paying for critical living expenses or paying for medical
treatment. The Foundation assists cancer patients and their families with essential expenses, such as rent or mortgage, car payment and car insurance, and utility bills, so they can focus on recovery rather than worrying about overdue bills. By giving cancer patients peace of mind in knowing that their bills will be paid while they are undergoing treatment, we allow them to concentrate on what really matters – fighting cancer.
Due to the generosity of the Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS) physicians covering all overhead expenses for the Florida Cancer Specialists Foundation, 100 percent of donations go directly to helping cancer patients in need. We rely on the support of our volunteers, donors and sponsors to make our life–changing work possible.
