What is the 2023 World Mental Health Day Event?

October 10 is World Mental Health Day AND Still I Run's 7th birthday! To bring more awareness to mental health-related issues and celebrate our birthday, we host a 5K running event every year. It's a great opportunity to join a crew of mental health running warriors from around the country, raise mental health awareness, and support Still I Run, a 501(c)3 non-profit!

Virtual Option

Virtual - By now you're probably familiar with the virtual option! Just select that you'd like to do the 5K Walk/Run and then complete your distance whenever and wherever you are on Saturday, October 7.
If you register before September 23, we'll get your gear to you before race day!

Virtual 5K Walk/Run

In Person Option

Back by popular demand, you have the opportunity to run your 5K distance with a group in select areas around the country! These group runs will be hosted by our Run Chapter Captains. Because we want to focus more on being together and movement for mental health, these in-person gatherings will be a group run and NOT a race. Each group run will have a designated location, route, and start time. Important: All runners will sign up for the virtual 5k run/walk event, even if you plan to run in-person.

We're a fan of giveaways. That's why we're holding a raffle for some fabulous swag bags with a variety of goodies in them. There are two ways to get raffle tickets:

  1. Sign up for either the virtual or an in-person event (This nets you one raffle ticket!)
  2. Make a donation. Every $5 = One raffle ticket

Even if you don't want to sign-up for the race, you can still donate for a chance to win some fabulous prizes!
