Monster Smash Walking Challenge

The monsters, ghouls and zombies are challenging YOU to smash October by walking your way to fitness!

Their challenge invites walkers and runners to challenge themselves! Solo or Team!

All challenge registrants will receive:

• Mandy Jo’s planner in PDF format
• Weekly emails
• Weekly Zoom Calls
• Recruit 5 or more and receive a free entry!
• Digital badges
• Special Kick Off Zoom call that is open only to those that have registered.

Choose your challenge! Each participant will choose from one of the challenges below and manually log their distance for each workout (if desired). There are no time goals. At the end of 31 days each person will receive their Certificate of Completion!

Challenge 1 - Ghouls (15.5 miles) - This is an average of ½ mile per day for 31 days. 

Challenge 2 - Monsters (31 miles) - This is an average of 1 mile per day for 31 days.

Challenge 3 - Raise the Dead (62 miles) - This is an average of 2 miles per day for 31 days. 

Challenge 4 - Freaky Family (62 miles) - Family of 4 averaging ½ a mile per day for 31 days.
