Join us for a Thursday night yoga session. Herb will lead us through a practice that welcomes all levels.
Namaste, I started my Yoga practice 16 years ago shortly after starting to run. I found them to be a great complement to each other with the breathing and stretching. Yoga also helped me to keep focused. Yoga became a passion and I took my first teachers training with Andrea Von Behren at Body Language Fitness and Yoga. I have been fortunate as well to have traveled to India and train at The Yoga Institute in Mumbai and Sivananda Ashram in Kerala. I have been teaching since 2005. I started running at 51 and has included 10 full Detroit Marathons and 6 halves.
